December 4, 2007- Oswaldo Payá Sardiñas, the National Coordinator of the Christian Liberation Movement, declared that the step taken by Venezuelans in the referendum on constitutional reform reflected what happens when the people choose their political system themselves. According to Payá Sardiñas, the victory by the Venezuelan people serves as a good example for Cuba.
